1. Nature of Services and Role Clarification OmniDNA Mobile Labs, LLC provides non-diagnostic DNA specimen collection, identity verification, and chain-of-custody services. OmniDNA Mobile Labs, LLC does not perform laboratory testing or genetic interpretation. All collected specimens are submitted to third-party laboratories that are independently certified under applicable federal and state regulatory frameworks, including CLIA, AABB, and CAP. Clients acknowledge that OmniDNA Mobile Labs, LLC functions solely as a mobile collection and courier facilitator and not as a testing laboratory or healthcare provider. OmniDNA Mobile Labs, LLC does not issue laboratory results, provide clinical interpretation, or offer medical advice.
2. Consent and Use Authorization Prior to the collection of any specimen, clients must provide written or electronic informed consent. This consent must specify the purpose of the testing (e.g., paternity, immigration, ancestry, estate proceedings) and identify all parties authorized to receive results. Texas Insurance Code § 546.052 requires explicit, purpose-specific consent prior to any form of genetic testing. Clients acknowledge and accept that OmniDNA Mobile Labs, LLC is not liable for laboratory testing outcomes or methodologies. All laboratories are selected through due diligence and operate under formal contractual agreements ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Legal Use and Chain-of-Custody Where testing is intended for legal use (e.g., court-admissible paternity, immigration, probate), chain-of-custody procedures will be followed in strict compliance with evidentiary standards.
